Who we are

PerfTest is a one-person business based in Oxfordshire, England, providing Google Ads and Facebook & Instagram ads setup and management, and search engine optimisation (SEO). Contact: Patryk@perftest.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the form we receive your name, business name, email, phone, what you do and where, website, Google Ads customer ID, your choices in the drop-downs and anything you write in the message box. We record the time of the submission and a hashed version of your IP address to limit abuse.

Why

To prepare the check or plan you asked for and reply to you. That is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made. If you become a client we use your details to do the work and send invoices, which is performance of a contract.

Your ad accounts

We only access a Google Ads account after you accept a manager-account link request inside it, and a Meta ad account after you add us as a partner in your business portfolio. You can remove that access at any time (Google Ads: Admin > Access and security; Meta: Business settings > Partners). We do not keep copies of your account data beyond the reports we send you.

Cookies and tracking

We run our own Google Ads and use the Google tag to see whether they bring in enquiries. Until you press Accept on the cookie notice, the tag stores nothing in your browser (Google Consent Mode); if you decline, it stays that way. There is no other analytics.

Sharing

Enquiries are stored on a server we run in the UK and sent to us by email. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else. Google and Meta process your advertising data under their own terms.

Keeping and deleting

Enquiries are deleted 12 months after the last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Email Patryk@perftest.co.uk to see, correct or delete what we hold; we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
