PerfTest provides home blood testing services with AI-powered health commentary. Our phlebotomists visit your home in Oxfordshire to collect blood samples, which are processed by our laboratory partner.

2. Not Medical Advice

PerfTest does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our service is for informational and harm reduction purposes only.

AI-generated commentary is reviewed by our team but does not constitute a medical opinion. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, before starting or stopping any medication, or if any blood test results are abnormal.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By booking a test, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to having blood drawn by our qualified phlebotomist.

4. Compound Information

Information you provide about compounds you are using is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely to tailor your blood panel and provide relevant commentary. We do not share this information with any third party except as anonymised data for AI commentary generation.

5. Payments & Cancellation

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard

6. Limitation of Liability

PerfTest, its employees, and AI systems are not liable for any health decisions made based on test results or commentary provided. You use this service at your own risk and acknowledge that blood testing is one component of health monitoring, not a substitute for comprehensive medical care.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
